Noah
FOUNDER / SUPPORT WORKER
Meet Noah, one of our founders and support workers.
Noah has been working as a support worker for the past 2 years. During this period he has gained a passion for helping others find where they fit in and what they enjoy participating in. He has gained field specific knowledge and skills, and most importantly he loves what he does. Noah also enjoys basketball, and volunteering for his church youth group helping young people develop into the best version of themselves.
“I love watching people grow each day and win the small battles that seem out of reach. There is nothing better then watching someone achieve something they once thought impossible”

Daniel
FOUNDER / SUPPORT WORKER
Meet Daniel, one of our founders and support workers.
For the last 5 years Daniel has worked as a primary school teacher in schools for children on the autism spectrum. This experience has equipped him with specialised knowledge and skills, and most importantly – a passion to see all individuals find life fulfilment. In his spare time Daniel loves to play guitar and sing in his church band, play basketball with friends and workout or go for hikes. With a bachelor of education, years of experience with both children and adults in need of support, and a zealous ability to teach music Daniel is well equipped to support you however you need.
“My heart is to see people unlock their greatest potential and enjoy every day. My experience has shaped my practice to ensure every decision made is person-centred and that each individuals unique needs, interests, and skills are prioritised.”

Lani
ADMINISTRATION/SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Meet Lani, our administration and socials manager.
Lani has been involved in running her churches community youth group for the last 6 years. This experience has not only given her great skills to organise, plan and coordinate events, but most importantly it has developed a desire within her to come alongside people and equip them to unlock their fullest potential. Lani is passionate about seeing young people seek out and develop the incredible value and skills they possess. In her spare time she enjoys nature walks, reading and loves to create whether it be painting, pottery, or textile projects.
“All people should be given the opportunity to thrive. I am grateful to be able to play a role in supporting people through their journey.”
